David is a certified Engineer in Training in the State of California and possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the California State University, Fresno. David has extensive experience and knowledge of codes, technical articles & texts, technical contracts etc., including the Caltrans Highway Design Manual, State and Federal Manuals of Uniform Traffic Control Devices, AASHTO manual, Federal OSHA, Cal OSHA, State Construction Safety Codes, ANSI standards, Building Codes, OSHA Technical Manuals, ASTM standards, and industry standards.
 
David fulfills many important roles at Pierry Law Firm utilizing his engineering background. David has personally aided and conducted various site investigations and analyzed accident cases, including cases involving falls, product liability, and roadway design. In addition to David's technical work, David is also the Pierry Law Firm office administrator and point of contact. David is fluent in both English and Spanish.
